Dear colleague,
I am pleased to invite you to participate in the International Social Sciences e-Symposium “Istanbul from ancient to the Turkish Republic Period”, to be held between 30-31 May, 2022.
The symposium will include original papers that examine Istanbul in a scientific way within the framework of history, archaeology and art history. The aims of the symposium are with the aim of collecting different sources and methodologies as well as providing new interdisciplinary research and to propose antitheses, hypotheses, reflections, new challenges for the development of historical, archaeological and art historical knowledge about Istanbul city.
The symposium is organized by the Department of Art History of Yozgat Bozok University with the support of the Italian scientific journal, Progressus Rivista di Storia Scrittura e Società of the host country Publisher, Paradigma Akademi Publisher, in addition to renowned academics from national and international universities.
You can participate in the symposium with abstract paper or full text paper. Abstracts should be sent to the event e-mail address. Abstracts will be published in the Abstract Proceedings book. A collective book with scientific arbitration will be published later. Full texts papers will be sent to the symposium e-mail address by the deadline (August 31, 2022).
